The reservation is effective only after confirmation from Celeste House.
Confirmation of the reservation will be made by phone or e-mail upon payment of 30% of the reservation amount.

We do not take responsibility for the forgotten luggage.
Luggage can be kept for 24 hours free of charge.
Bed sheets and towels are changed to 3 or 2 days of accommodation or at the customer's request.
Up to 4 cars can be parked in the yard.
We provide (free of charge) on request:

-Access to the washing machine and tumble dryer

Dear guests,
We want to offer you an unforgettable experience at Celeste House Sibiu and that is why we have established a set of rules that we respectfully ask you to keep in mind during your stay. The code and rules of conduct, outlined below, are intended to establish the prerequisites for a good functioning of the guesthouse, in civilized conditions, according to legal norms. They apply to all guests using the services of the guesthouse without exception.

Cancellation of reservation
Cancellations can be made by e-mail or telephone.
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee: the first night's accommodation.
If the guest cancels on the day of booking, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Damages
The guest is liable for any damage caused to other guests, buildings, furniture and equipment, if the mistake / intention can be imputed to them.
Any accident/injury caused as a result of improper use of the items in the equipment or non-compliance with these regulations is not our responsibility.
Tourists are not allowed to damage the items provided in the guesthouse, otherwise they will owe the guesthouse an amount equal to the value of the damaged item and the labour involved.
Tourists must report as soon as possible any damage to appliances or installations in the equipment. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.

Smoking
Smoking and vaping (electronic cigarette - according to E.C.) are forbidden in the rooms and in the other areas of the guesthouse, except for special areas (terrace). It is forbidden throwing cigarette butts in any place other than rubbish bins or ashtrays, and only after they have been extinguished beforehand.

Payment - can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Free of charge.

Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are intoxicated, rude or unruly guests who by their attitude damage the image or disturb other guests.

Loyalty
We reserve the right to grant bonuses and discounts to our customers in order to increase their loyalty.

Final clauses
We consider that any customer when accessing any service offered by Celeste House has taken acquainted of the terms and conditions mentioned and has tacitly accepted them. Villa policy may be changed any time without notice. Celeste House Sibiu reserves the right to select its guests !
